Treasure in the Discarded Refuse 3
Her room was still in a mess, but that was the least of her problems at the moment.
She could not help but fling items around every angle of the room in anger and frustration, making the room even worse than it was.
She began to scream at the top of her voice.
"Who is your father, you bastard?" She said to herself squeezing her belly really hard with so much anger and bitterness in her heart.
"Did you really have to get in the way now, huh? I wish I could squeeze you out of my womb right now, you bastard!" She said again as though she could see the fetus in her womb.
After crying and wallowing in anger and bitterness for about 2 hours, she picked up her cellphone to call her lovers with the intention to share the news with them. She hoped in her heart that one of them would accept to take her in, and take responsibility to father the unborn child.
"Hello, Mike." She said over the phone.
"Hey, babe! What's up?" Mike replied.
"I'm pregnant." She said.
"Congratulations! That's good news! I'm so happy for you!" Mike said.
"Actually, you're the father." She said.
"C'mon, you know that's not true. You flock around with all kinds of men. I mean, I am not the only guy you have fun with. What makes you think I am the father? Don't come rubbing on me a responsibility that's not mine. Go get the father. Good luck!"
He hung up and tears began to form in her eyes. She mustered up courage and reached out to the next lover.
"Hello, James. So sorry I couldn't make it over to your place yesterday. I had to go to the hospital."
"No worries. I got someone else in your absence. Nonetheless, you still have your place. What's up with the hospital?"
"I was tested and the result came out that I am pregnant. You are the father."
"What number am I in the number of guys you've called so far? Maybe like the 26th?" He laughed.
"C'mon, James. This isn't hilarious at all." She said.
"But it's hilarious to me. You know what, I've got an appointment with some chicks tonight. Good luck finding the father."
He hung up, and this time, tears began to roll down her cheeks.
She mustered up courage to call her lovers until there was no longer strength left in her to call anyone.
She was heartbroken. She was devastated.
Up until the 16th guy, words they said kept recurring to her and by that she knew she was really doomed and left to her fate. The words wouldn't stop ringing in her head. "You know I'm not the only guy you have fun with. Go ask other folks. Good luck finding the father."
She drenches herself in her own sweat and tears, biting the blanket so hard that her neck vein was as though it was going to burst out. Her air ways are blocked and overloaded now, mucous began to stream down her nostrils like a tap was let open.
She was filled with anger, bitterness, regret and pain.
Who would she blame now? What's the next thing for her?
